She spreads hatred and lies about Dr. Bilchik because somebody she knew died from cancer, and happened to also be a patient of Dr. Bilchik. Cancer killed the patient, but she blames the Dr. She needs mental help to get through her grief. In the mean time, she continues to harass Dr. Bilchik due to her insane infatuation with him, including this hate domain full of lies and propaganda.
