    This appears to be reverse hijacking to me. There are several companies that use the brand APC, so it doesn't seem that "APC STORE" could belong to any particular company especially since there isn't any infringing content on the site.

    It only shows a DOMAIN FOR SALE page which doesn't violate any TM rights.
