    These don't appear to be trademarks owned by the complanant. What would be the basis for this UDRP?

    Ok, so it appears that INSTA is a registered trademark by the complainant in Europe, however, they don't own an abbreviated version of the WHATSAPP mark, so how is WHATSAPP confusingly similar to WHATSTRACKER?
