• Preston Williams 10:29 am 27-Dec-2012 This is a unexpected decsion especially in regards to bad faith. The Panel completely disregarded the Complainants contention that Alliance Bernstein was attempting to sell the beehive.com domain name for an amount significantly more than its worth. In my oppinion the Complainant in this case should have effortlessly won on bad faith. Clearly, Alliance Bernstein is not known as "Beehive" nor do they have any use in commerce for commercial gian. Complainant was on the wrong end of a poor decision. Smells of corruption quite honestly since bad faith is without any doubt here.

• Tensing 10:10 pm 07-Aug-2013 I'm not sure where Preston was off base. What specifically does he not understand in regards to the UDRP process. Is bad faith not associated with the price requested for a domain name. If not what is the use of this process. Extortion is a crime in most cases and this is particularly true when it comes to Cyber-Squatters.
