• Jagan 10:39 pm 14-Jul-2011 Very interesting case, it should be a deterrent to all who actually think that it is easy to file a common law trademark case against anyone and win. It should not be assumed that if 90% cases go in the favour of the Complainant, where if you do not have sufficent evidence.

• riki 06:16 am 17-Jul-2011 agreed !! me and my colluges followed this case in india. a very risky complaint by volunteering travel & truly they must have seen the stats of wipo as 85% go in favour of compalinent. gud decison but the panel could have also included info on other elements so that it could be of some help for others in the future cases.
