I have a trademark registered for becomingachievers.com for the past 7 years and a lack of clear communication between me and my hosting company TotalChoice Hosting resulted in my domain name being snapped up by Al Perkins. He was offering to sell it back to me for $9,800 and $3000 as a special price. I fear that he has tarnished my reputation and I would like to explore steps I can take to have the domain name transferred back to me.
